At Leadenhall Insurance, Rajmund Rusiecki's chief initiatives include strengthening Leadenhall's existing distribution partnerships, adding new strategic alliances, broadening Leadenhall's product offering and consistently improving our Underwriting and claims servicing to our customers.

Rajmund brings considerable managerial experience at various life insurance companies to Leadenhall Insurance. For a decade, until October 2021, Rajmund worked at the Generali Group, where he served as a member of the management board of Generali Życie TU since 2014 and a member of the board of Concordia (now Generali Agro) since 2018. His responsibilities included an overview of life, property, and agricultural insurance sales. Before Generali, he was the Department of Group Insurance Sales director at Amplico Life (now MetLife). He started his career in insurance in 1995, joining the PZU Group as an agent and was shortly promoted to the director of the Corporate Sales Department. Rajmund is a graduate of the Vistula University and Warsaw School of Economics.
